By using Datum during open beta, you agree to these terms. Datum is pre-release software provided as-is. Features may change without notice.
Your account
You are responsible for your master password. We cannot recover it. You must provide accurate email for authentication. One person per account.
User-generated content
Board posts, chat messages, reel captions, and comments must follow our community norms. You retain ownership of your content. You grant Datum a license to host and display it within the product to your cohort.
We may remove content that violates norms or receives valid reports. You may delete your own posts, comments, messages, and reels.
Partner access keys
You control when to issue time-limited keys to hiring partners. Keys expose a curated caliber snapshot — not your full vault. You may revoke keys at any time. Partners must not scrape, reshare, or store candidate data outside the portal session.
Termination
You may stop using Datum at any time. We may suspend accounts that abuse rate limits, harass cohort members, or attempt to compromise the platform. Upon termination, community metadata may be retained for moderation logs; vault ciphertext remains until you request deletion through beta support channels.
